Diversity and inclusion are crucial for every type of business, and the necessity for this service has become increasingly evident in recent times. In 2020, the United States witnessed a surge of interest in social injustice and discrimination. Despite the pandemic causing the unemployment rate to soar to 14.8%, the EEOC received 67,448 cases of discrimination against employers in the country. This figure does not even include charges filed with state or local Fair Employment Practices Agencies. The cases of discrimination reported were based on various factors such as race, color, religion, sex, LGBTQ, harassment, pregnancy, equal pay, national origin, disability, and age. Being listed on this list is something that no company would want.
