Regina worked in the medical healthcare field for over 20 years, in mental health services for over 11 years, and with nonprofit organizations for over 21 years. Regina obtained various Diversity Equity and Inclusion certificates from Rice University and the University of California. She stays up to date through continuous education in business development, consulting, and DEI services. 

 

After working so many years with people from different backgrounds throughout PA's Lehigh Valley, Regina realized that there was a great need for diversity and inclusion in the workplace. So, Regina decided to make a change in the world. After various training /courses and extensive experiences creating successful innovative strategies for different companies and organizations, she turned her passion into a business. Regina started the company “Evoke Thought LLC.”

As a minority living and serving in the Lehigh Valley area for over 19 years, Regina has seen and experienced many of the challenges in the area. Regina's firsthand experiences in the local area give her the tools to provide the highest quality Diversity, Equity and Inclusion services to businesses in PA.
