Replacements for Manufacturing Defects or Damaged-in-Transit Items
​We take quality seriously and carefully package all products, including fragile items, to minimize the risk of damage during shipping. However, replacements will only be issued for products damaged during transit or with a clear manufacturing defect under the following conditions:

You contact us within 7 days of delivery.

You provide clear, high-quality photos of the following:

The damaged product.
-
The original shipping packaging (box or envelope) shows visible damage.

The shipping label.
3. Our team verifies the issue and approves the replacement.
Important Notes

Responsibility After Delivery: We are not responsible for damage caused after the product has been successfully delivered. If the product is broken or damaged after receipt, replacements will not be issued.

Fragile Items: All breakable products (e.g., mugs) are packaged securely to reduce damage during shipping. Please inspect your item upon delivery and report issues immediately.

Print Variations: Minor variations in print placement (up to 0.5 inches) and slight color differences are normal for print-on-demand products and do not qualify as defects.

Sizing: Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size during purchase. Incorrect sizing does not qualify for a replacement.
